Web poker has become globally acclaimed as of late, with televised championships and celebrity poker game events. Its universal appeal, though, stretches back in reality a bit further than its television scores. Over the years several variations on the first poker game have been created, including some games that are not in fact poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is one of these games. Regardless of the name, Caribbean stud poker is more closely related to blackjack than traditional poker, in that the players wager against the house rather than the other players. The succeeding hands, are the established poker hands. There is little concealment or other kinds of deceptiveness. In Caribbean stud poker, you are expected to ante up prior to the dealer broadcasting "No further bets." At that point, both you and the dealer and of course all of the different players acquire 5 cards. After you have observed your hand and the casino’s initial card, you need to either make a call bet or accede. The call wager’s value is on same level to your original wager, indicating that the risks will have increased two fold. Abandoning means that your bet goes instantly to the house. After the bet is the conclusion. If the casino doesn’t have ace/king or greater, your wager is returned, including a sum equal to the ante. If the bank has a hand with ace/king or better, you win if your hand is greater than the dealer’s hand. The dealer pony’s up chips even with your ante and set odds on your call bet. These expectations are:

• Even for a pair or high card
• two to one for two pairs
• three to one for three of a kind
• 4-1 for a straight
• 5-1 for a flush
• 7-1 for a full house
• twenty to one for a four of a kind
• fifty to one for a straight flush
• 100-1 for a royal flush
