Caribbean Poker Codes and Tricks
Internet poker has become world acclaimed recently, with televised competitions and celebrity poker game shows. The games universal appeal, though, stretches back in reality a bit farther than its television ratings. Over the years many variants on the earliest poker game have been created, including a handful of games that are not in fact poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is one of these games. Despite the name, Caribbean stud poker is more closely related to 21 than old guard poker, in that the gamblers bet against the house instead of the other players. The succeeding hands, are the traditional poker hands. There is little concealment or other kinds of deception. In Caribbean stud poker, you are required to pay up before the croupier broadcasting "No more bets." At that instance, both you and the casino and of course every one of the other players are given 5 cards. After you have seen your hand and the dealer’s 1st card, you have to in turn make a call bet or bow out. The call bet’s amount is akin to your beginning wager, which means that the risks will have doubled. Surrendering means that your bet goes instantaneously to the bank. After the bet comes the conclusion. If the bank doesn’t have ace/king or better, your bet is returned, plus a figure in accordance with the initial bet. If the casino does have ace/king or better, you win if your hand defeats the bank’s hand. The house pays out chips even with your wager and set expectations on your call wager. These expectations are:
- Equal for a pair or high card
- 2-1 for two pairs
- three to one for 3 of a kind
- four to one for a straight
- 5-1 for a flush
- 7-1 for a full house
- twenty to one for a four of a kind
- fifty to one for a straight flush
- 100-1 for a royal flush
